Complaints procedure
Effective 10 April 2026
If something we’ve done has fallen short, tell us. We take complaints seriously and we’d rather hear from you directly than read about it online.
Step 1 — Tell us
Email mail@ivuelectrical.co.uk or call 075 6160 3117 with the job reference and a description of what went wrong. You will receive acknowledgement within one working day.
Step 2 — Investigation
A company director will investigate and respond with a proposed resolution within 10 working days. Where the issue involves remedial work on site we will offer a same-week visit.
Step 3 — Escalation to NICEIC
If you are not satisfied with our response, notifiable electrical work can be escalated through the NICEIC complaints procedure. Details are available at niceic.com or from us directly.
Step 4 — Independent mediation
Consumer disputes can be referred to the TrustMark Dispute Resolution service (where applicable) or to Citizens Advice. We will not stand in the way of independent review.
